SHIPPING Orders are typically shipped within 1-3 business days. All orders are shipped UPS Ground unless otherwise requested. Customers are responsible for all freight, COD, Hazmat, Insurance, and handling charges.
HAZMAT SHIPPING INFORMATION All orders containing hazardous material will incur an additional hazmat shipping fee per box containing hazardous materials, as charged by UPS and FedEx. Please note that the hazmat fee is charged per box. For Example: If an order is packed in three boxes, but only one box contains hazardous materials, only one hazmat fee will be charged. If an order is packed in three boxes, and two boxes contain hazardous material, two hazmat fees will be charged. Skeye Wholesale will always pack hazardous materials in the fewest number of boxes allowable, based on the terms set by our carriers. Skeye Wholesale will only ship hazardous materials within the 48 contiguous United States, as outlined in the D.O.T. Code of Federal Regulations-Title 49.
HAZMAT RETURNS Due to Federal shipping regulations, including the U.S. Department of Transportation’s Hazardous Materials Regulations (HMR), it is illegal for you to return Hazardous Materials to Skeye Wholesale, as Hazardous Materials can only be shipped by authorized, licensed carriers.
